Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and coffee shops. The rooms felt unclean and grimy, which impacted the overall stay. Although spacious, the stale smell was off-putting. The hotel's best feature was its proximity to Rue Ste-Catherine and the village, making it easy to explore Montreal.
The hotel offers extremely comfortable rooms with a superb bed, fast lift, and flawless WiFi. I appreciated the newer bed that provided a great night's sleep. However, some noise from other rooms and the corridor was noticeable. The hotel's location is good, close to bars and nightlife, and the staff was friendly. On the downside, cleanliness and staff performance could be improved. Overall, a convenient location with areas that need attention to detail.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, they could use some updating and better maintenance. The service was pleasant, with very helpful staff, but there were some instances of unprofessional behavior like long wait times during check-in. The location was the highlight, being close to everything I wanted to see in Montreal. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the great location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and the temperature was perfect, but we were moved to a different room unexpectedly, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking fee was an unexpected extra cost that added to the overall stay expenses, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the upgrade to a room on the quieter side of the hotel at no extra cost, the room had a lingering old smell, although it was clean. The location was decent, but my room wasn't ready upon arrival.
